coromandel

my last three days of my travel i spent on coromandel peninsula... first i stayed one day in coromadel town and went biking, which was great! i havent been on a bike since im in new zealand, so it was quite strange in the beginning and also the bike wasnt the best one :). but i rode to the waterworks and to waterfalls near coromandel, well it was a great day and i was really tired after it :). the next morning roy a guy who lives in thames picked me up with his van and showed me the east coast, we were fishing and he caught two crayfishes which we ate for dinner, it was delicious :). we camped on the beach and the next day we wanted to go to the hot water beach, but it was raining so we went back to thames and visited a museum. all in all it was a great trip but i was really glad when i was back in auckland, just because its nice to be home :)


jo miner letschte drei tag vo minere reis bini uf dr coromandel peninsula gsi. bi zersch e tag in coromandel town gsi u da dert ni gad so viu los isch im winter, hani es velo gmietet u bi go velofahre. dasch cool gsi, bi schliesslech siti hie bi nie ufeme velo gsi. bi de go waterworks luege u water falls u chli ar kueste entlang gfahre. wuerkli gmuetlech.... am noechste morge bini mitem roy ad ost kueste go fische u aer het zwe crayfish gfange womer de zum znacht gaesse hei. de heimer am beach uebernachtet, das zmitts im winter..., aber isch vou ni chaut gsi :). u am noechste tag hets leider graegnet drum simer de ni zum hot water beach sondern zrug nach thames u no ines museum u de bini wider mitem bus bis nach auckland... ja bi scho no froh gsi wider 'dehei' zsi obwou ds reise eifach super isch gsi!
